All of our Retreats will give you personalized training in how to achieve and maintain your health on many levels. You will receive instruction in profil Exercises and meditation, including powerful techniques for energizing the body and calming the mind. There will be opportunities for walking and enjoying nature’s beauty. You can also enjoy extra services, such as massage, energy medicine and spiritual counseling.

 

The aim of these retreat programs are to stimulate the innate, natural healing forces within the body, clearing any physical or energetic obstructions that many be preventing healing and balance being restored.

We all need to detoxify from time to time. Living in the 21st century takes its toll on the body as there are 75,000 man-made chemicals in our environment that did not exist 100 hundred years ago. Together with a less than perfect diet, insufficient exercise and the stresses of modern living, it is no wonder that our bodies let us down sometimes.

Our cells are finely balanced but the constant assault on the body by such things as poor diet choices with insufficient fruit and vegetables, sugar, smoking, caffeine and alcohol, along with emotional issues such as anxiety, trauma and stress together with little or no regular exercise means that many of us are not living with optimal health.

 

Poor nutritional absorption will, in turn, stop cells from functioning correctly resulting in the inability to rid the body of unwanted toxins. Excessive toxins and over acidity have many adverse effects on the body as well as the mind as the body is unable to rid itself of the accumulation of toxins. Side effects of this can be many and varied but can include such health issues as lack of energy, mood swings, skin problems, headaches and migraines, digestive issues and a poor immune system.
